  1. Returns
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your artificial grass purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may be eligible to return it within 2 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined below:

  • Provide us with your order information, including the order number and product details.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return authorization number and any additional instructions.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.
  • Ship the product back to us, including the return authorization number on the package.
  1. Eligibility for Returns
    a. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging. It should be unused, undamaged, and free from any signs of wear or alteration.
    b. Any accessories, manuals, or promotional items included with the product must also be returned.
    c. Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from our website. If you purchased the product from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy.
  2. Return Shipping
    a. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
    b. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and obtaining proof of shipment for your records. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return transit.
  3. Refunds
    a. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
    b. If the returned product meets the eligibility criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    c. Refunds may take 7 days to process and appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired effect.
  5. Damaged or Defective Products

    b. Provide us with details and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
    c. We will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, including a replacement, repair, or refund.
  6. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items are non-returnable, including custom-cut artificial grass, products that have been installed or used, and products that are not in their original condition or packaging.
